About Millie + Dax

Millie + Dax is an online boutique for your littles and you. M + D was founded by me, Kassandra, and was inspired by my angel baby, my daughter - Millie, & my son - Dax, in 2023. I wanted to create a space where busy families could shop for basic solids, trendy outfits and gender-neutral styles from my favorite small shops all in one place. Shipping Policy

Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order ships. Shipping times vary based on the shipping option chosen at checkout. Once the order is placed the shipping address cannot be changed. MILLIE+DAX is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.

Collective Items: We participate in Shopify Collective & use drop shipping from participating brands. Each brand has different turnaround times. Please reach out to Millie + Dax to inquire about shipping times for specific Collective items.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages
We ship via USPS first class mail for all orders. MILLIE+DAX is responsible for your order until it is dropped off at our local mail carrier. We do not have any control over your package once it is out of our possession. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages. We do offer shipping insurance as a paid option during checkout via ROUTE, we highly suggest getting this service. If your package is lost, you can process a claim with ROUTE by emailing them with your tracking information.

Once the carriers have hold of the package, we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.

Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but in the event that you are not we are here to make things right! Merchandise is accepted for exchange (if available) or STORE CREDIT if returned in salable condition and the return is initiated by the buyer within 14 days of the order ship date. Returns must be processed through:

In the email, please include your full name, order number, and a detailed note of why you are requesting an exchange or store credit.


RETURNS


Making a Return and/or Exchange must be made within the guidelines of our Return Policy.



  • Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a digital Gift Card ONLY.
  • We must receive your return within 14 days of the date you initiated your return to be eligible for store credit. 
  • Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Buyers are responsible for return/exchange shipping charges.
  • We do not provide return labels.

  • Please allow 12 to 16 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages.

How will I receive my store credit? 

Expect an emailed E-Gift card within 3 business days of the delivery of your Return. The E-Gift card will be sent to the email address provided when placing your initial order.

Can I make a return past the 14-day period for store credit?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept anything past the 14-day return policy for store credit.

 

NON-RETURNABLE/EXCHANGABLE ITEMS: The following items are not eligible for a return or exchange. No exceptions.

  • All bibs
  • All bows / head wraps
  • All beanies
  • All teethers
  • All hats
  • All sunglasses
  • All socks
  • All pacifier clips
  • All winter gear (coats, hats, mittens, etc.)
  • Sale items
  • Final few items
  • Gift cards

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a store credit via E-Gift card. You may then place an order for the desired size using your store credit. Availability of the replacement item is NOT GUARANTEED.

Defective Items: All defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receiving. Merchandise that has been washed, worn or had the tags removed cannot be accepted for store credit.
